Responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient operation of utilities equipment and machines including but not limited to diesel generators, microturbine, compressors, chillers, boiler and pumps along with its ancillary equipment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting malfunctions and repair or replace defective components.
Identify the root causes of problems and implement corrective actions.
Preventative Maintenance – implement and execute preventative maintenance programs to prolong equipment life span and eliminate breakdowns.
Regularly inspecting utilities equipment and identifying defects and malfunctions and conducting tests and repair to ensure proper function.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspection, equipment performance and ensure critical spare parts are available.
