At Pier 4 our portfolio of multi‑family real estate assets is growing and as a result we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in, New Brunswick. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants to be part of our exciting journey and is truly engaged in being an advocate of and executing best‑in‑class property maintenance.

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Regional Property Manager, Eastern Canada and is accountable for preserving the condition of the property and requires you to troubleshoot, repair, install and apply preventative maintenance techniques.
