THE ROLE

Our recruitment team is currently working with a growing and thriving Canadian food manufacturer in Surrey, looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work daytime shifts 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday; having on-call availability and available for overtime work. Banked hours are available! The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a 24-hour running plant.

This position is 70% administrative, performing scheduling for the maintenance team, maintenance planning, vendor relationships, material administration, performance reviews, and generating maintenance reports. 30% for this role will be performed on the floor, working with Maintenance Technicians and the Production team to ensure operational efficiency. Having strong automation, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC experience, as well as strong leadership, and a people-first mentality.
