This role provides leadership and direction to the Maintenance department and its staff members. This is a three-shift rotation position with a two week rotation.
Required Education and Experience
Millwright and/or Electrical and/or Tool & Die trades certification and/or combination of 5-10 years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
Basic knowledge of computer software for Windows
Working knowledge of an E-Maintenance or similar maintenance program would be preferred
Knowledge of IATF certifications and audits
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
Excellent knowledge of operating maintenance tools and equipment
Press experience would be an asset
Familiarity with the Occupational Health and Safety Act ...
