**Job Summary**
This position develops, implements, and coordinates maintenance of the process in our plant, ensuring the correct functioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of our machines.
Lead and develops a technical team.
**Responsibilities**:
A. Lead, coach, and guide skilled trades within the maintenance department.
B. Ensure effective maintenance and optimized uptime of all production equipment.
C. Coordinate support involvement, if required, on projects or problems within the facility.
(ie; Engineering, Quality, etc.)
D. Issue daily work orders and maintain work and equipment records.
E. Responsible for the development and implementation of an effective PM system.
Oversee and balance PM schedules.
