Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering staff and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Foster vendor relationships and ensure effective contractor management
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with department leadership on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fields preferred
• OSHA certification and CPO/CPR required
