Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
Plan, organize, and align maintenance and production schedules.
Lead daily maintenance meetings.
Champion health and safety while driving continuous improvement, cost control, and operational excellence across the site.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules, budgets, suppliers, and contractors.
Respond to after‑hours emergency maintenance calls.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial setting.
At least 2 years of experience leading a maintenance team.
Experience using a CMMS system (required).
