Job Description

The Maintenance Service Coordinator – HPC Operations is responsible for coordinating and managing all vendor-delivered maintenance and service activities across a high-performance computing (HPC) data center. This role serves as the central point of coordination for contracted maintenance services supporting critical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and compute systems.

Sitting within the Planning Department, the position ensures that vendor work is effectively scoped, contractually compliant, operationally aligned, and thoroughly documented. The role is critical to maintaining uptime, reliability, and long‑term asset performance in a mission‑critical environment.
