The Opportunity

The Maintenance Reliability Specialist/Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring maintenance activities across the facility are well planned, organized, and executed efficiently. This position supports equipment uptime, preventative maintenance planning, operational reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

This role works closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and external vendors to ensure equipment and systems remain safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.
