Develop maintenance plans and set maintenance schedules in support of Maintenance and Engineering Teams requirements and available capacity.
Manage the CMMS with regards to the timely completion of workorders (PPMS, Demand Tasks, etc.), Asset Management, and the scheduling of tasks.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to perform required services.
Review all contractor and internal service reports and provide relevant feedback to Plant Operations team. Assist in approval of quotes and recommended services.
Meet with vendors and procurement team on a regular basis to review contract deliverables.
