Job Summary The Surface Maintenance Planner/Scheduler supports the plant maintenance group through planning, scheduling, ensuring parts availability, developing job plans, reviewing the preventative maintenance process, evaluating data, and participating in root cause analysis. The use of SAP is integral to the success of the position.

Duties and Responsibilities

References equipment and technical information, including blueprints and specifications.

Updates work order status in CMMS, documents definitions and estimates in CMMS, and maintains data in CMMS.

Leads scheduled meetings, documents and distributes schedules, and provides conflict feedback to customers.

Reviews and requisitions materials needed and works with the storeroom personnel and those executing the work.
