To install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
Required Education and Experience:
Possess a valid Provincial Industrial Millwright's license (preferably inter provincial), with knowledge of applicable codes and standards
Minimum 5 year work experience as an Industrial Millwright, preferably in automotive or manufacturing environment. Emphasis on stamping, welding and automated assembly processes preferred
Capable of reading all types of shop drawings/sketches, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics/diagrams and manufactures manuals
Ability to identify causes of problems and develop methods of correction
Ability to apply trade specific knowledge for troubleshooting purposes and machinery modification
