Maintenance Manager

Multi‑national Mood Manufacturer

Position is based in Valencia, Spain and relocation would be supported should your application be successful.

We are working with a fast paced, Private‑Equity backed, Food Manufacturing business who is seeking someone with a strong drive for process optimization , CMMS implementation , and leading a maintenance team of approximately 20 people .

The role will involve leading and coordinating maintenance activities for a 24/7 continuous‑process plant , managing and optimizing maintenance for process equipment, and driving the transition from reactive to proactive, reliability‑based maintenance , including preventative and predictive strategies.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in process industries (mandatory), such as food, or paper manufacturing.
