About this position

Assists the Maintenance Manager in all day‑to‑day duties and responsibilities, supervising the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitoring life safety systems and utilities, and helping administer the department in compliance with corporate, franchise, and regulatory standards.
