As a Maintenance Manager, you will provide recommendations to the General Manager and oversee adherence to maintenance standards in our hospitality environment. Your role will involve leadership, team management, and continual updates to ensure optimal functioning of all Canad Inns properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
• Ensure safety controls and equipment inspections
• Manage inventory and purchasing of maintenance supplies
• Lead and develop a proficient maintenance team
• Take proactive actions to sustain operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role
• Journeyman certification in HVAC or Plumbing preferred
