The Maintenance Excellence Engineer – Automation & Robotics serves as a technical leader responsible for driving the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of highly automated warehouse systems, including sorters, conveyors, AMR/ACR robotic fleets, and PLC-controlled equipment. This role provides advanced troubleshooting expertise, leads root cause analysis, mentors junior engineers/technicians, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum system uptime and operational excellence.
