OBJECTIVE:

Sets overall maintenance department goals, processes, and procedures. Responsible for diagnosing, designing, and executing maintenance and improvement plans to accomplish company objectives.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Ensures all health, safety, and regulations are followed.
• Identifies current and future maintenance needs; resource planning and implementation
• Creates a preventive maintenance system and procedures to keep operations running smoothly.
• Approves and oversees capital projects (software/machine purchases, installations, facility renovations).
• Designs and implements personnel training programs for equipment and machinery.
• Monitors and controls equipment/parts inventory and places orders when necessary.
• Controls budget for maintenance and repairs.
