We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for Yanfeng Seating, a worldwide leader in automotive seating.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and continuously optimize preventive maintenance plans of equipment and tooling.
Handle troubleshooting of equipment failures, especially those with on-site downtime > 15 minutes, and summarize experiences.
Manage spare parts, formulate standards and purchase plans for spare parts and tools, and control inventory within a reasonable range.
Standardize maintenance files, recording, statistics, analysis and archive equipment maintenance checklists, parameter control tables, PLC program files, etc.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.
Configure maintenance personnel logically, assign maintenance and repair tasks as required.
