Groupe ADF is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Activity Manager to oversee a team of technicians and subcontractors in the aerospace sector. You will ensure compliance with safety standards while organizing and supervising maintenance interventions. Your technical expertise will contribute to enhancing equipment reliability and performance through both preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise 3-4 technicians and subcontractors • Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures • Write reports using CMMS systems (e.g., Planon, SAP) • Participate in continuous improvement processes
