We are looking for a professional, upbeat Mail Center Manager to work in our Toronto office in Canada. There will be a two-week paid training: one week in Toronto and one week at our headquarters in Montebello, NY.
This position is NOT remote and requires you to work in the office, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00pm.
To excel in this role, you should be comfortable working independently, speaking with clients on the phone and in person, able to think on your feet and have a positive, team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities
Receive mail, scan into software and file appropriately
Upon customer direction, discard, shred, open & scan contents of mail and/or forward to an alternate location
