Collins aerospace is looking to hire **Machine Operator - Shotpeen** ; you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the robotic shot peening process as required.

**Work Shift: Weekday Afternoon (Monday - Thursday (4x10); 4:00 pm - 2:00 am)**

**What You Will Do**

+ Setup equipment by loading and unloading of robotic shotpeen work centers.
+ Follow part process techniques, operation sketches and special handler instructions, to include, but not limited to loading/unloading of shot peen machines and airflow, intensity and pressure techniques
+ Work alongside Process Technicians to optimize machines and produce quality parts.
+ Monitor and optimize efficiencies of the automated line
