Complete and manage style BOM initiation for mid to high complexity styles from concept through to production readiness
Maintain data integrity in Flex PLM and other relevant systems
Organize daily workflow that adheres to GTM deliverables & development timelines
Collaborate with internal and external resources (Labs, vendor co-creation) to solve innovation opportunities both during and outside of key calendar milestones
Mentor and train team on daily activity execution
Enable communication and influence cross-functional partners for issue resolution at all levels
Educate and encourage business-oriented perspectives focused on big picture priorities
Gain support and enrollment of the intended audience, peers, and stakeholders through both verbal and visual communication and education
