Site Superintendent – Low-Rise Residential

A well-established Ontario builder-developer is seeking a Site Superintendent to support several active and upcoming low-rise residential communities across the GTA and surrounding regions. This opportunity is well suited for a strong superintendent who is currently available due to market conditions and is looking to join a stable, reputable organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations for low-rise residential construction
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants, and municipal inspectors
• Maintain construction schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards
• Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and company construction standards
• Identify and resolve site issues in collaboration with construction management
• Participate in inspections, deficiency resolution, and home turnover
