About This Opportunity

  • Analyze and recommend the most suitable modes of transportation based on customer needs and operational requirements;
  • Request quotes and negotiate rates with carriers to optimize costs and delivery times;
  • Prepare, review, and transmit all required documentation for the import and export of goods;
  • Send delivery documents to clients, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders, ensuring their accuracy and compliance;
  • Ensure strict adherence to all laws, regulations, and standards applicable to transportation and logistics;
  • Monitor delivery deadlines and conduct necessary follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders;
