About This Opportunity

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordinate and manage national and international freight (air, ocean, and ground), including quotation, booking, and execution.
  • Follow up on assigned logistics operations from shipment origin to plant delivery, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and on-time performance.
  • Proactively communicate any logistics or customs-related deviations, risks, or delays to internal stakeholders to support timely decision-making.
  • Review, validate, and manage foreign trade documentation for import and export operations (., customs entries, value declarations, supporting spreadsheets), ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Register and administer import and export transactions in the customs inventory control system (Annex 24 – PRISMA).
  • Participate in internal and external audits, simulations, and annual risk assessments related to Supply Chain Security programs (OEA / CTPAT).
