ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1.-Input in system the sales orders generated from sale's team
2.-Place all purchase orders (national and international for inventories and consumables), make the input of reception of material and consumables in the system
3.-Control and follow up of the backlog (receive and inspect the material, make shipments to customers)
4.-Send invoices and receipts of payments from customers by email and portals
5.-Request quotations of freights for every project and give a follow up with freight forwarders with deliveries
6.-Control of leased cars (payments of insurance, renewal of circulation cards, other payments related to cars.)
