Our client, a well-established transportation company committed to delivering outstanding services, is currently looking to fill a key position in the Pointe-aux-Trembles area. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for both service execution and the overall success of operations. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Tasks

• Manage driver teams, equipment, and resources for specific client accounts, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Coordinate schedules and confirm driver departures, including contacting contract drivers one hour before route start times when required.
• Monitor driver routes using the Transportation Management System (TMS) and manage unforeseen events in real time.
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed and escalate issues to the Director of Operations when necessary.
