This role acts as the vital link between procurement and operations, ensuring that all materials are expedited, cleared through customs, and delivered to the vessel on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Expediting & Vendor Management
Order Tracking: Actively monitor the status of all open purchase orders (Local and Overseas) to ensure vendor compliance with delivery dates.
Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential delays in the manufacturing or shipping process and elevate to the Procurement and Technical team as necessary.
International Freight & Customs Coordination
Freight Forwarder Management: Coordinate with global freight forwarders to book shipments via air or sea ensuring the most cost‑effective and timely routes.
Brazil Customs Compliance: Work closely with Brazil customs brokers to ensure all documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists) is accurate to...
