Duties
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials, tools, and finished parts
Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers, couriers, and logistics providers
Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices
Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse logistics planning
Ensure that all international shipments comply with relevant import/export laws
Liaise with suppliers, carriers, production, and customer service to align logistics with production schedules and delivery deadlines
Requirements
2+ years of experience in logistics, or supply chain coordination
