The successful candidate will engage various companies such as FedEx to facilitate shipments of broadcast equipment worldwide and ensure smooth customs clearance by troubleshooting any delays or issues that arise during the shipping process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to deliver exceptional service and support across all shipping operations.
