Objective: The Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent is responsible for engaging inbound and outbound leads, building rapport with potential customers, and converting leads into booked vehicle shipments. This role requires strong communication skills across phone calls, SMS, and email, while accurately securing required documentation and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking process.
