To coordinate with QM(Engineering) personnel on defective supplied parts, prepare and compile material defect reports to suppliers and keep track on the replacement of defective supplied parts.
To handle the shipping (import and export) of parts and products, work closely with freight forwarders and shipping agents to handle matters pertaining to Certificate of Origin from MITI and Chamber of Commerce, and to arrange fumigation for shipment using wooden pallets/ cases.

To prepare monthly report such as Custom M1/M2 (before 28th of each month) and to submit Lampiran C for sub-contracts (before 10th of each month) to the Custom’s LMW department, and to prepare and submit Custom’s K1/K2 documents and filling as well to prepare and submit yearly reports such as M4.
