Based at University Hospital Hairmyres, Lanarkshire, this 6‑month locum consultant vascular surgeon post offers an opportunity to work within the South West Scotland Vascular Network (SWSN), covering the populations of NHS Lanarkshire, NHS Ayrshire and Arran, and NHS Dumfries and Galloway.

Summary of Role

The successful applicant will contribute to vascular and endovascular surgery in a high‑volume unit serving a population of 1.2 million. The unit boasts a new state‑of‑the‑art hybrid endovascular operating theatre and an interventional radiology suite, supporting procedures such as EVAR, FEVAR, TEVAR, CERAB, deep venous interventions, open aortic and carotid surgery, lower limb revascularisation, and renal access.
