What You’ll Be Doing
Safely and efficiently operate a front‑end loader to load materials into trucks and hoppers while supporting production needs
Conduct daily equipment inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and assist plant operators with general plant duties as required
Manage material stockpiles and add value‑added products to concrete to ensure quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy yard and plant environment at all times
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational standards while collaborating with plant and site teams to meet customer requirements
