As a Rental Officer, you will be instrumental in support operations, collecting rent from tenants living in Band Rental Housing Units and maintaining the housing inventory. You will assist tenants in completing lease forms, processing monthly rent charges in Xyntax, and issuing notices for late accounts. Additionally, providing program support to the Housing Team and responding to general inquiries are essential for this role.
