In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talented individuals to become successful live streamers on platforms like Bigo Live and TikTok.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
Actively search for potential live streamers and reach out to them through various online platforms and communities
Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability
Guide selected streamers through onboarding, training, and setup processes
Maintain regular communication and provide basic performance support
