We are looking for a highly motivated Live-Out Building Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums.

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Site Location: Etobicoke, ON

Compensation: $46,000 per year

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
• Report all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism, and supply inventory to the Property Manager.
• Respond to emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents.
• Check mechanical rooms and manage garbage disposal.
• Become familiar with every room in the building.
• Paint and touch up as needed.
• Follow and improve procedures, follow up on requests.
• Perform small repairs in common areas.
• Carry out ongoing preventive maintenance.
• Enforce condominium rules and regulations.
• Provide recommendations to resolve and improve situations.
