Brookes Westshore seeks a boarding team member to ensure a safe and stable environment for boarders, providing support and liaising with students, staff, parents, and agents.
Responsibilities
Implement orientation program for new boarders.
Provide weekly one‑to‑one contact to ensure emotional and academic stability.
Build rapport and maintain open communication with residents.
Manage students’ health, social well‑being, behavior, and emotional support.
Supervise curfews, wake‑up procedures, lock‑up, and lights‑out protocols.
Be available overnight for emergencies.
Advocate student interests and liaise with parents, agents, and teachers.
Act as mentor, supervisor, and positive role model.
