Responsibilities:
Available at desk during regular business hours to answer phones, greet callers, establishing reason for calling, direct incoming phone calls to appropriate person, attend to immediate needs of attorneys and paralegals
Timely and accurately file litigation documents in arbitrations and state, federal and appellate courts.
Prepare and coordinate delivery of mandatory chambers copies, as needed.
Assist with preparation for meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations, trials and other litigation proceedings.
Coordinate remote appearances for attorneys hearings.
Accurately rename, organize, and save documents to electronic document management system.
