Act as the first point of contact for mining bodies and buckets (B&B) in the region, addressing coverage issues and resolving complaints in close collaboration with B&B engineering, quality, and value chain teams. Ensure all customer communications are clearly documented.
Answer inbound customer service inquiries, provide health analysis or troubleshooting, and redirect as appropriate.
Identify issues and determine appropriate courses of action for effective resolution.
Process results from the analysis of technical data.
Understand product or component health or status; determine if action is needed and outline required next steps.
Support quality initiatives at regional B&B suppliers.
Monitor and manage all aspects of aftermarket key initiatives to ensure departmental goals are met.
