Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot/repair building automation system
Provide feedback on proposed renovations re: impact on existing infrastructure systems if required
Troubleshoot electrical issues; complete minor repairs on systems such as but not limited to: VFD’s, transfer switches, building lighting systems, and UPS systems
Conduct visual inspection of high voltage switchgear
Ability to troubleshoot, reset, draw out/in, test, and replace Low Voltage Air Circuit Breakers of capacities up to 4000 Amps
Ability and basic knowledge to work with Medium Voltage Power Transformers and disconnect switches including switching on/off and maintenance
