What you’ll be doing: • Providing skilled nursing visits for clients by creating a care plan for client • Following the client’s plan of care. • Monitoring, recognizing, and reporting changes in the client’s condition. • Medication reminders for client to self administer • Must be willing to work minimum 3-hour shifts
