Mill-Fab is seeking two skilled Licensed Millwright to join our team. This is an existing vacancy. The candidate's shift will run from 6am to 2pm daily, working in a food plant setting, located in the Belleville area, with some exceptions as noted under Shift Coverage. Mill-Fab offers a competitive wage of $45.35 an hour, with an increase after 3 Months, for this position. We offer Matched RSP Contribution Pension Plan [up to $4500.00 a year], Benefits, Boot Allowance, Uniforms and Quarterly Down Time bonuses. Quarterly performance bonus will be paid out based on Plants Performance Matrix.
SHIFT COVERAGE:
Shift coverage cannot be refused unless you have Holidays scheduled prior to the shift.
Shift Coverage can only be refused if the coverage is requested with less than 12hours notice.
Shift coverage is covered @ regular time any day or night of the week unless it is a statutory holiday.
