About This Opportunity

Looking to advance in HR? Leon’s is hiring a Bilingual Administrator in Toronto to support recruitment, training, and communications in a vibrant environment. This position is in-office.
You will play a key role in Leon’s HR Learning Centre, assisting with onboarding, managing training sessions, and providing French translations. Ideal candidates have experience in HR or Learning & Development, and can comfortably manage group training in person. This is an excellent opportunity for growth within a respected Canadian company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding for new associates
• Design and manage live training sessions for learners
• Improve training materials through team collaboration
• Offer technical support for learning management systems
• Carry out general administrative tasks for the Learning Centre
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in HR or Learning
