Responsibilities

• Support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide best-in-class service.
• Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.
• Gather loan information.
• Sell our loan and protection products.
• Close loans virtually and in person.
• Follow up on past due customer accounts.
• Handle cash controls, including taking payments.
