Join our team as Leisure Sales Manager at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing. The Leisure Sales Manager (On Property) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, consortia, and individual leisure clients. This role focuses on maximizing the resort’s revenue and occupancy by implementing strategic sales initiatives targeted at the luxury leisure segment, while upholding the brand’s high standards of service and positioning.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the leisure segment, both domestic and international.
• Build, manage, and strengthen partnerships with travel agencies, luxury tour operators, and consortia.
• Coordinate and host leisure site inspections and familiarization (FAM) trips to showcase the resort in conjunction with the Associate Director of Leisure in the US.
