Leisure Camp Leader (Summer Camp)

Full‑time, 30+ hours per week, seasonal (June–August). Hourly pay: $19–$20. Start date: TBC. Work environment: on‑site, indoor and outdoor camp settings.

The Leisure Camp Leader works under the Head Camp Leader and Director of Member Services to supervise campers, ensure safety, and lead engaging recreational programs.

What’s Expected From This Role

Camper Supervision & Safety

• Ensure the safety, well‑being, and inclusion of all campers.
• Provide active supervision across all activities and transitions.
• Follow safety procedures and respond to incidents, including basic first aid.
• Maintain accurate attendance and sign‑in/sign‑out processes.
• Support proper sun safety, hydration, cleanliness, and rest.
