About This Opportunity

Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a law firm or legal department

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with legal software Primafact, Filevine, PC Law, etc.—depending on the firm)

  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a new team

  • Professional communication skills and discretion
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers and/or clerks

  • Draft, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence

  • Organize and maintain legal files and records

  • Manage scheduling, deadlines, and court dates

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court offices as required
