Lira Solutions LTDA, a Brazilian staffing company, is recruiting for open positions within a U.S.-based personal injury law firm. Successful candidates will support U.S. legal operations from our Florianópolis office.

Location & Working Hours

Florianópolis, SC – Centro and Trindade. Hybrid arrangement with up to 4 remote days per month, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage legal documents, notices, and client correspondence
• Maintain electronic case files and coordinate case workflows
• Schedule and communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and courts
• Obtain client authorizations and support attorneys in case preparation
