Responsibilities:
Having a generalist profile with a sense of ownership, focusing on Brazilian legal matters
Providing legal support to the businesses teams based in Brazil on the commercial aspects (public and private sectors), with focus on contractual law (mainly commercial, distribution and resale agreements), bidding processes and competition law
Assisting the Director, Assistant General Counsel LATAM in all legal matters in Brazil in designing and implementing solutions for the legal team to succeed in a sustainable and compliant way, as well as in the “export countries” on Distribution Agreements
